Saturday saw the first of two free Hellys Christmas Angels workshops take place in Helston.
The sessions are run by Jude Carroll at Helston Museum and the aim is to make as many Christmas angels as possible to decorate the town.
A total of 25 people turned up prepared and ready to go at noon and started making their own angels.
Materials were provided but anybody wishing to bring their own decorations to the next session are more than welcome to in an effort to make their angel look as good as possible.
Currently the aim is to put the angels – subject to a final decision – up on the Grylls Monument in Coinagehall Street, ready for judging by Father Christmas at Helston’s Christmas fair on December 20.
