Nancegollan road closed as man cut free from car smash
A man had to be cut free from his car this afternoon following a smash at Nancegollan near Helston.
Firefighters from Helston and Camborne used crash rescue equipment to extricate the man from his car and place him into the care of ambulance staff.
It was after a silver Nissan and a blue Vauxhall Corsa collided at around 2.20pm.
The road was closed in both directions at the An Vownder Goth junction while the cars were cleared away, with a subsequent delay caused due to fuel being on the road.
