Fire in Redruth hotel laundry
Firefighters were called to West End, Redruth yesterday evening after reports of a fire in a hotel.
Appliances from Redruth and Camborne were mobilised just before 10pm and found a fire in the laundry room,.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel and CO2 extinguisher to extinguish a fire and a positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the premises.
A spokesman said the cause was accidental.
