Distressing letters sent with the aim of causing distress were among the crimes reported in St Keverne last month.
There were three in total, with the others being a burglary that remains under investigation and a person being arrested for driving – or attempting to drive – with excess alcohol.
In her report to St Keverne Parish Council PCSO Julia Berry warned people to take care in the Christmas period, particularly keeping their homes and vehicles secure and not leaving shopping or presents in view.
