First St Keverne Guides and Brownies are scouting for a new leader or leaders.
The group, which has members from St Keverne, Coverack, St Martin, Newtown and Manaccan, has said all training would be provided, and the only stipulation is that an applicant must be female.
The group came close to disbanding in July, when it was struggling to find anyone to take on leadership responsibilities.
