Abbeyfield in Falmouth will be opening its doors this Christmas to older people who might spend the festive season alone.
The charity will be opening its sheltered housing in Falmouth to offer free meals and overnight stays, as part of its annual Coping with Christmas campaign.
Richard Wilson, who is the ambassador for the campaign, said: “Many of us will be looking forward to the festive season, and we are lucky.
“If you or anyone you know is going to be lonely this Christmas, contact Abbeyfield today and share a meal or enjoy an overnight stay.”
