'Extinct' Penryn right of way to be blocked for flats
FOLLOWING a site visit by the planning committee members, Penryn Council will allow an extinct right of way between Commercial Road and The Square to be blocked.
The decision follows an application for development of three commercial premises and eight flats on the current site of Waterside Kitchens and Bathrooms on Commercial Road.
