A former Lidl supermarket site in Camborne was sold days before it was due to go to auction.

The site in North Roskear Road was being auctioned by Clive Emson Ltd with a guide price of £125,000 to £175,000.

It it sold prior to auction at the upper end of the range.

Re-available, however, is the newly-refurbished Palm Oasis complex of business units in Redruth.

They are to be auctioned with a freehold guide of £80,000.
