Restronguet Point has been named as the most expensive address in Cornwall, and the third most expensive in the whole of the South West.
According to a survey by Lloyds bank, house prices at the Point averaged £1,715,000, with Western Avenue and Brudenell Avenue in Poole the only streets in the region to cost more.
The price of a house in Restronguet Point is almost ten times the national average for November 2013, reported by Lloyds' subsidiary Halifax as £174,910.
However no addresses in Cornwall made it into Lloyds list of the top 50 priciest, which was dominated by Greater London properties in all of the top ten places.
