A drunken man was so |determined to be arrested that he ended up throwing stones at Helston Police Station.
Christopher Edward Ball, aged 33, of no fixed address in Helston, had initially refused to leave from outside the building in Godolphin Road on December 5, but eventually did – only to return to begin the stone attack.
He pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly.
Ball told the magistrates he was on medication for depression which should not have been mixed with alcohol. He said he was very sorry and apologetic.
He was fined £50 and £20 victim surcharge, and detained in court in lieu of any payment.
