A Penryn woman has been sent for trial to face charges of attempting to take £156,000 from her own mother.
Catherine Gail Aitkenhead, aged 48, of Penvale Crescent, entering no plea to a charge of abusing her position as attorney to her mother Jean Dryden, intending to make a gain for herself of £156,843.79 between 2007 and 2011.
She was sent to Truro Crown Court to appear on January 31.
