Not guilty plea by Cadgwith man over failure to supply breath specimen charge
Andrew Paul Cox, aged 50, of Cadgwith, pleaded not guilty at Truro’s magistrates’ court to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Camborne on December 4.
The magistrates adjourned his case for trial to March 3.
