THE Care Quality Commission (CQC) will be visiting the Royal Cornwall Hospitals next week to inspect the quality of care that is being delivered.
The CQC will be inspecting the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust (RCHT) and assessing how well it provides a safe, effective, caring, well-led service that responds to patients’ needs. In addition, two public “listening Events” will be held to provide an opportunity for local residents to voice their views and opinions.
Both events will take place at 6:30pm on Tuesday, January 21. One being held at Truro College (Fal Building), College Road, Truro, TR1 3LJ, the other at St. John’s Hall, Alverton Road, Penzance, TR18 3LJ.
Additional information can be found through the CQC website or by contacting Garth Davies, director of the RCHT Communications Team, through garth.davies@rcht.cornwall.nhs.uk
