Appeal against refusal of homes next to Penmere station
THE owner of patch of land next to Penmere railway station in Falmouth has appealed against Cornwall Council’s decision to refuse her permission to build two apartments on the site, which lies behind Penmere Crescent.
The council believes the proposed two-storey building would have an “overbearing impact” on the footpath and would be “harmful to the visual amenities” of the area.
