Teenager pleads not guilty to Falmouth drink driving charge
Philippa Louise Badger, aged 19, of Killigrew, Falmouth, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of drink driving at Falmouth on October 26.
She was alleged to have driven with 99 mcg alcohol in her blood – 19 points over the limit. The case was adjourned to Truro’s magistrates’ court on January 17.
