Kevin Patrick Standerwick, of Porthleven, was given a six month conditional discharge after he appeared before magistrates last week and pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at Redruth railway station on December 17.
Standerwick, 45, whose address was given as Thomas Terrace, was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
