No date set yet for three month Mawgan road closure
The road between Mawgan and St Martin is to close for up to three months – most likely before April.
No date has been set, but it is likely that the closure will take place before the end of the financial year.
It is so work can be carried out between Mawgan Bridge and Gear Bridge, in the area of Trelowarren Mill, but it would entail the whole road being shut.
Mawgan’s parish councillors were told that Cormac, which will carry out the work, will decide how to manage the closure once a date has been set.
