New Glasney Place home is supported
Penryn town council has supported a new application from Katherine Winter to build a three bedroomed house at 3 Glasney Place.
An earlier plan was refused as it had windows overlooking neighbouring houses, and inadequate off-street parking, problems that have been remedied with a lower profile roof, the removal of an attic bedroom and a new design for a driveway.
