The services currently offered by husband and wife owners, Bernie and Tania Blight, include locksmithing, key cutting, picture framing and paint colour mixing.
The Blights, who have owned the business since 1991, will be happy to train anyone taking over the shop.
The freehold business premises, which incorporates a self-contained, three bedroom flat above the shop (currently let on a shorthold tenancy basis) is included in the sale, although the owners will consider selling the business without the flat and with a lease if preferred.
