Bishop of Truro visits Helston for confirmation service
Congregations of Helston and Wendron’s parish churches will join together this Sunday to welcome the Bishop of Truro for a confirmation service.
Bishop Tim Thornton will confirm a number of members of both parishes during the joint service at St Michael’s Church, at 10am – half an hour later than the usual start time of St Michael’s and half an hour early for St Wendrona.
The service will include communion and everyone is invited to take a candle to be blessed.
