TWO fast food takeaway outlets at the entrance to the Pannier Market, on Lemon Quay, Truro, have been sold to a couple from Bigbury-on-Sea in Devon.

The Piazza Parlour and the Hot Spot are extremely successful fast food and takeaway outlets, both of which were equipped to an extremely high standard.

The Hot Spot offered a range of hot food from roast pork baguettes to paninis and bacon baps. The adjacent Piazza Parlour sold a wide range of both soft and scooped ice-creams Both units were made available with the benefit of the residue of a 52-year lease starting in 1984 at a current annual passing rental of £16,700 exclusive.

The new owners are a Mr and Mrs Southgate.
