Decision on 42 new homes in Mawnan expected on Monday
Plans for 42 new homes on land off Sampys Hill in Mawnan Smith are due to go before Cornwall Council on Monday (10th) when councillors will be recommended to grant approval.
The application from Westcountry Land is a re-submission of a previous one which was refused by councillors last October. The applicant has submitted an “alternative site assessment” with this fresh bid for permission.
