Trial date set for Penryn man accused of assaulting his grandfather
A man from Penryn has entered no plea to a charge of causing grievous bodily harm to his grandfather.
Rikke Pavlou, aged 20, of Permarin Road, appeared before Truro’s magistrates’ court faced with a charge of assaulting his grandfather Douglas Hewitt on February 17. The case was sent for trial at Truro Crown Court on March 18.
