Not guilty plea over Falmouth assault charge
Nigel Alan Wilkes, aged 59, of Kings Avenue, Falmouth, pleaded not guilty at Truro’s magistrates’ court to assaulting Miranda Jane Carran at Falmouth and to criminally damaging her mobile phone to the value of £50.
The case was adjourned to the court on May 7 and conditional bail was allowed.
