Police are appealing for witnesses to a road rage incident involving two moped riders and a lone female driver in Truro.

The incident involved two mopeds which were seen riding around and in front of a Land Rover, causing the driver to brake and take action to keep control of the vehicle.

The two riders, believed to be male, made hand gestures at the female driver while swearing and shouting at her.

The woman, in her 30s and from Cornwall, was left distressed by the behaviour of the riders during the incident in Treliske Lane.

Police are seeking witnesses to the incident which happened on 14 February between 4pm and 4.30pm.

They are keen to identify the riders of the mopeds; one of vehicles was red and the second was black and grey.

If you witnessed the incident or have any further information please contact the police on 101, quoting crime reference number GT/14/325.
