Crown court date set as Hayle man accused of child sex crimes
DEREK John Eddy, aged 67, of Greenbank, Connor Downs, Hayle, entered no pleas at Truro magistrates’ court to eight allegations of a sexual nature against a child aged between four and 14 years between 1985 and 1996 at Falmouth.
The case was sent to Truro Crown Court on March 28.
