Trial date set for Porthleven man who denies assault
Jake Shakespeare, aged 24, of St Peter’s Way, Porthleven, pleaded not guilty at Truro’s magistrates’ court to assaulting Deborah Smalley at Helston on February 12.
He also denied causing criminal damage to her property on the same date.
His case was sent for trial at the court on May 21.
