Do people clear up their dog mess if they take them on the beaches in Cornwall at that time of night in the dark?? Glad the dog was ok but seems a bit daft to me taking them on a beach at night.

What a shame for the dog, it must have been an awful shock for it and the owner. I would like to know where the barbed wire came from.
