Helston councillors will discuss plans to change the use of the former health food store on Menage Street.

The building at 21 Meneage Street currently has A1 classification, meaning it can be used for retail. The request, by Helston Estates Ltd, based in London, is to allow A2 use, which is for financial and professional services and A3 use, which is for the sale of food and drink for consumption on the premises.
