Falmouth man denies actual bodily harm charge
Jarrod Joshua Westlake, aged 23, of Polmennor Road, Falmouth, pleaded not guilty at Truro’s magistrates’ court to assaulting Darren Pascoe at Falmouth on September 14, causing him actual bodily harm.
He elected trial at the crown court and the case was sent there for April 17.
