Trial date set as Mullion man denies assault
A 35-year-old Mullion man will face trial after he denied a charge of assualt.
Lee David Williams, aged 35, of Nansmellyon Road, Mullion, pleaded not guilty at Truro’s magistrates’ court to assaulting Kirsty Williams at Mullion on February 22.
A trial date has been arranged at Truro Magistrates’ Court for June 11.
