Trial date set for pair accused of Falmouth assualt
Daniel Thomas Chambers, aged 20, of Clifton Crescent, Falmouth, pleaded not guilty at Truro’s Magistrates’ Court to jointly, with Benjamin Taylor, assaulting Mitchell Syrett causing him actual bodily harm at Falmouth on October 1.
Taylor, aged 20, of Highfield Road, Falmouth, entered no plea to a charge of being concerned with chambers in assaulting Mr Syrett and to assaulting Jackson Wise causing him actual bodily harm at the same place and on the same date. Both were sent for trial at Truro Crown Court on Thursday, April 17.
