74-year-old woman accused of causing the death of a motorcyclist at Helston
A 74-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist near Helston last year.
Gwyneth Little, of Lutterworth, Leicestershire, entered no plea at Truro Magistrates’ Court where she was charged with causing the death of motorcyclist Michael Harrison by careless driving next to RNAS Culdrose on July 20.
Her case was sent for trial at Truro Crown Court with a preliminary hearing on April 29.
