An application seeking consent to build a three bedroom house at 76 Dracaena Avenue in Falmouth has won the support of the town’s planning committee.
The proposed new property would have pedestrian access from Dracaena Avenue, but vehicular access would be via Chestnut Close.
Councillor Rowenna Brock said: “It’s an excellent use of infilling in a sensible place. We see a lot of applications where people are trying to stuff things in small spaces.”
