Falmouth man faces knife charge
Rodney Witty, aged 31, of Kings Avenue, Falmouth, entered no formal plea at Truro Magistrates’ Court where he was charged with possessing a knife in a public place at Falmouth on March 14.
His case was sent to Truro Crown Court to be heard on May 6.
Witty indicated that he would plead guilty at the higher court.
