A German version of Falmouth's town map has been created to cater for the thousands of cruise ship passengers which disembark in the port each year.

Falmouth Business Improvement District manager, Richard Wilcox, has worked in partnership with the Falmouth Ambassadors, who greet visiting cruise ships, to produce the map. It will be handed to passengers when they arrive in Falmouth and is also available for local hotel and guest houses.

Mr Wilcox said: “It made sense to give them (the German visitors) a better experience by giving them something they can understand.”
