CHRISTIANS from Falmouth, Helston and Porthleven celebrated their faith over the Easter Weekend for three Walks of Witness.
These take place every Good Friday and Easter Saturday, for people to join in hymn and prayer.
Porthleven church members were out on Friday, walking along the harbourside from the Methodist Church for a service on the harbour head.
In Falmouth the story was acted out in more detail, in a walking Passion Play, with participants dressed as Roman soldiers and one man playing Jesus.
Helston’s Walk of Witness took place on Saturday. The Churches Together in Helston and Wendron group gathered at the Co-op car park before making its way through the town singing and stopping for prayers, with any members of the public invited to join them en route.
