Fancy a giant jigsaw, huge inflatables or just a bit of fancy dress? Well it’s not too late to enter a team for this year’s Children’s Hospice South West "It’s A Charity Knock Out".

The event on Sunday, May 11 at Truro Rugby Club, will have something for everyone as teams battle it out against each other as they vie for the title of "Knockout Champions".

Groups from across the region are already singing up, but organisers say there are still a few places left for teams of seven to ten.

Registration is online and costs just £20 per person and each team is asked to raise a minimum of £500 in sponsorship.

Sarah Stott, events fundraiser for Little Harbour said: "This charity fundraiser really is so much fun and we can’t wait to see local businesses and groups battle it out to be the Charity Knockout Champions. Not only is it a great event to be involved in, but so much fun to watch as a spectator. I would urge anyone thinking of taking part to get their team registered as early as possible to guarantee their place and give themselves maximum time for fundraising.”

To find out more information or register for the event, visit www.chsw.org.uk/knockout or call the Little Bridge House Fundraising Team on 01271 325270.

The money raised from It’s a Charity Knockout will go towards the vital care and support offered to children with life limiting illnesses and their families.

CHSW offer planned respite breaks, emergency stays, end of life care and bereavement support as well as a caring ear on the end of the phone day or night.
