Duchy Hotel expansion plan to be discussed this evening
Falmouth Town Council’s planning committee is to debate an application from Brend Hotels this evening.
The application seeks consent to expand the Royal Duchy Hotel on the seafront by creating an extra 21 bedrooms, upgrading its dining and leisure facilities and creating an outdoor swimming pool.
