The new Falmouth Town Guide has been published, providing information on all the major events planned over the next 12 months.

Running to 100 full colour pages, the handbag sized guide has again been produced by Fal River Cornwall, with support from Falmouth Town Council and Falmouth Business Improvement District (BID).

It is the third year the guide has been published with it being seen an ideal source of information about the area for both locals and visitors alike.

It includes details of next month’s Pendennis Cup and the Tall Ships Regatta at the end of August, as well as links to keep up to date with the events as the events get closer.

Claire Wood, sales manager at Fal River Cornwall, said: “We are very proud of this year’s guide and would like to say thank you to all the accommodation providers, shop owners and food and drink retailers who feature in the guide. We’re sure visitors to our lovely town will appreciate having such a comprehensive guide.”

The new Falmouth Guide will be available in shops, hotels, guest houses and restaurants and the Fal River Visitor Information Centre on Prince Of Wales Pier.

Richard Wilcox, Falmouth BID manager, said: “It’s great that once again Falmouth and its visitors can receive the Falmouth Guide. It has proved hugely popular – the comprehensive information resource for all things Falmouth, eating out, where to stay, what to do and visit.

“Once again, it’s a good example of Falmouth’s key organisations working together to help improve the visitor offering.”
