There’s still time to enter a contest to find Bradford’s most photogenic faces.

The deadline for this year’s ModelSearch competition has been extended to 9am on Friday to give as many people as possible the chance to enter.

Now in its 13th year, the contest is run in conjunction with the Telegraph & Argus, the Kirkgate Centre and DK Model Agency.

To enter, simply go to the Kirkgate Centre’s Facebook page and send a direct message containing the following details: Contestant’s name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number.

The competition is open to anyone over the age of four with no upper age or size limit. One male and one female will win a year’s modelling contract with Sheffield-based DK Models.

There is also a £500 prize fund that will be split between the eight overall winners, a male and female in each of the four age categories.

Successful contestants will be invited on to the catwalk for heats in the Kirkgate Centre this Sunday with the most promising going through to the competition finals on Sunday, May 18.

The expert panel of judges, who will choose eight winners overall, will feature representatives from DK Model Agency, Modelsearch, previous winners, and retailers from the Kirkgate Centre.

The finalists will also be put to the public vote in the T&A Readers’ Choice category, with photographs published in a supplement on Friday, May 9.

The free competition is divided into four age categories – four to six, seven to ten, 11 to 15 and 16-plus.
