The public will be able to have their say on hotel restoration and extension and 16 homes in the grounds of a St Ives Hotel.

Cornwall Council is holding a public meeting to share information and listen to public opinion on a planning application for the restoration and extension of a hotel, five self-catering units and 16 dwellings in the grounds at Treloyhan Manor Hotel.

The public meeting will take place at 6pm on Monday, May 12 at St Ives School, Higher Tregenna, St Ives, TR26 2BB.

The public meeting provides an opportunity for the West Sub Area Planning Committee to hear from local people on all sides of the debate and no decision will be taken on the day.

Anyone attending the meeting who wishes to express their views on the planning application to the West Sub-Area Planning Committee will be asked to register on arrival and will then be called upon to speak.
