People planning to decorate their homes and shops with greenery this Flora Day have been warned it must be down and ready for collection by 8.30am tomrorow.
Cornwall Council has said any greenery not left out by that time on May 9 might not be taken away in waste collections.
This is among the information given out in an open letter from the Flora Day Association, ahead of the event today.
In the letter the stewards confirm that Cornwall Council had promised to “attend to” the road surfaces in the town, but still reminded those taking part in the dances, together with those watching, that there could still be some uneven surfaces under foot.
