TV's Ross Kemp, famous for his role as Grant Mitchell on Eastenders, has made a special visit to meet students at Cornwall College Camborne, and shown that despite his 'hardman' image, he is a big softie when it comes to 'selfies'

The star of numerous TV shows joined Michael Foster, the prospective parliamentary candidate for  Camborne and Redruth and Baroness Margaret Mcdonagh, the former chair of the Labour Party on a tour of the college facilities.

The actor and presenter also took time to snap a selfie with crowds of delighted students in the background.

I'm looking forward to the 'Ross Kemp on Gangs' show about that visit: "I could see the pack of blondes were armed with deadly stilettos and about to kick off, so I got out of there sharpish!"
