New retirement homes to be built in Truro
8:10am Sunday 25th May 2014 in News
A date has been set for the launch of a new retirement development in Truro.
Lys Lander, as it will be known, is described as a “Retirement Living development” made up of 45 one and two bedroom apartments exclusively for the over 60s.
A house manager will oversee the running of the development and security features fitted as standard including a CCTV door entry system and a 24 hour emergency call system.
Two separate presentations will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 11am and 2pm, at the Alverton Hotel on Tregolls Road.
Each will last approximately 20 minutes, and will be the first opportunity for people to find out details about the development, including prices.
Visitors at the event will be able to speak to the sales team from developers McCarthy & Stone, preview the plans for the development, ask any questions they may have about the new apartments and have the chance to reserve one off plan. For more information about the development or the launch event, call McCarthy & Stone on 01202 508253 to make an appointment.
