A man and woman have been arrested after suspected cannabis plants were discovered at a property in Pool.
Police raided an address in Wheal Agar, in the early hours of this morning, where 21 suspected cannabis plants, in the early stages of growth, were found in a garage and seized.
A "sizeable" amount of suspected dried cannabis was also found at another property in Redruth.
A 45-year-old woman and 60-year-old man, both from Redruth, were arrested on suspicion of the production of class B drugs and taken to Camborne police station at around 4am.
The man was also arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled drug and concerned in supply.
Both suspects remain in police custody at present.
