Truro Police Station to become retirement homes

First published in News

Police in Truro are preparing to move to a new station this summer.

It is understood that officers will be based at a new site on Castle Rise, at the back of the city’s county court, which will be operational from July.

Developers are set to receive the old site at the Trafalgar roundabout at the end of August, to develop into 56 retirement homes.

The old station will be demolished.
