Crews called to large fire at Mousehole outbuilding
Firefighters from Penzance and St Ives were called out this morning after numerous reports of a fire in Mousehole.
Two appliances from Penzance, one appliance from St Just, along with two officers were mobilised to the "large fire" in an outbuilding adjacent to a property on Mousehole Lane just after 10am.
Two breathing apparatus, one main jet and one hosereel was used to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera was also used to check the neighbouring property.
The cause of the fire s unknown, with a fire investigation being carried out at the scene.
