Mylor Yacht Club is looking for entrants for the eighth annual Savills Regatta on Monday, June 9.
The open competition will involve races around courses in the Carrick Roads with classes for IRC/PY Yachts, Sunbeams, Multihulls and Falmouth Working Boats.
Jonathan Cunliffe, director at Savills in Truro, said: “Back in 2007 when we ran the first Savills Regatta it was on an invitation-only basis, so we could test the formula.
“It is now open to all, and we are delighted to welcome entries from new competitors as well as from those who have taken part regularly over the years and helped to make it such a successful and popular event.”
Prizes will be awarded for the top corporate entry, the best dressed crew and concours d’elegance car show.
There will also be free pontoon berthing for competitors at Mylor Yacht Harbour.
For an entry form, contact Mylor Yacht Club on 01326 373414 at www.myloryachtclub.org.uk or via savillsregatta@myloryachtclub.org.uk
