A senior practice nurse at St Keverne Health Centre is to retire on July 31 after 24 years. The surgery has said Teresa Poultney will be “greatly missed” by her co-workers.
Patients are invited to contribute to a bound leather book located in the waiting room at the health centre with messages of goodwill.
